Derek Dizhi Huang Honored as Executive of the Year in Commodities
For four years, Derek D. Huang has infused his business management and financial skills into Chinese American Int'l P.S.G. Corp.

BROOKLYN, NY, June 22, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Derek Dizhi Huang, Chief Executive Officer of Chinese American Int'l P.S.G. Corp., has been named a Cambridge Who's Who Executive of the Year in commodities. While inclusion in the Cambridge Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. After working in the real estate and banking industries, Mr. Huang began to see himself on a more broad level. "In the past, I worked as an assistant vice president at Bank of East Asia, a business banking officer at Citibank and a business specialist II at Bank of America," he says, adding that four years ago he made the decision to break away from these corporate roles and establish his own business. Chinese American Int'l P.S.G. Corp. emerged as a commodity firm that provides Mazut M100 heavy oil, zinc ingots, copper cathodes and naphtha. Fluent in Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin, Mr. Huang is an expert economic analyst who has proven his ability to excel as a business manager.

For his vocational excellence, Mr. Huang has been honored with a plethora of awards, including an American Spirit Medal (formerly known as a Senatorial Medal of Freedom) in 2008, a Congressional Medal of Distinction in 2008 and recognition by Stanford Who's Who. An honorary ambassador of the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, Mr. Huang is involved with the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, the Heritage Foundation and Organizing for America, and serves as Co-Chairman in the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Leader's Council and DCCC Chairman's Council.

Mr. Huang earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from New York University in 1994. When he is away from his professional duties, he served as secretary general and honorary state co-chairman of the U .S. Government Business Advisory Council and is a charter member of the National September 11 Memorial & Museum and The National World War II Museum. Additionally, he is recognized as a founding member of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund and a co-signer of the Health Care Reform Act. Looking forward, he intends to expand his business.
