PUNTA GORDA, FL, October 26, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Kathleen Kresge, Managing Member of All American Pet Resorts LLC, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.
Ms. Kresge is a distinguished business professional with expertise in customer service, workflow and franchise business operation. Wanting to start her own company, she collaborated with her husband and two friends to establish a business model that could be easily duplicated using the franchise distribution channel. The company's concept has yet to be duplicated and offers the utmost in luxury pet care and customer service. The company has been in operation for six years. Today, All American Pet Resorts has pet resorts operating in North Carolina, Texas, Michigan and Texas with three new locations planned to open in first quarter 2012. Ms. Kresge is responsible for providing franchise system support, regulatory compliance and marketing. She attributes her success to her tenacity, passion for productivity, commitment to process and the ability to surround herself with talented people.
In 1972, she earned a masters degree in communications from Oakland University. Prior to founding All American Pet Resorts, she worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies where she honed her business management and leadership skills in preparation for starting her own business. In addition to her responsibilities at All American Pet Resorts, her passion for animals drives her volunteer work at the local shelter. There she devotes her skills to writing grants for much needed funding for shelter projects. Additionally, she functions as the Recording Secretary of the Board of Directors.
Ms. Kresge looks forward to the continued growth of the franchise system and aspires to open two new locations per year.
