Bruegger's Adds Spice to the Holidays
Bakery Cafe announces new flavor for the season - Cinnamon Spice

BURLINGTON, VT, November 24, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bruegger's has something more to celebrate this holiday season - brand new flavors in delicious new menu offerings. Taking its cues from Thanksgiving cinnamon and spices, mixed with the sweetness of the Christmas holiday, Bruegger's is introducing two new bagel pastries - the Cinnamon Roll bagel and, for those on the go, bite sized Cinn-ful Bits.

Available for a limited time only, the new Cinnamon Roll Bagel combines the best of two favorites - Bruegger's classic bagel with the flavors of a pastry-perfect Cinnamon Roll. The bagels are created using softer bagel dough mixed with brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Warm from the oven, the Cinnamon Roll bagel is drizzled with vanilla icing, creating the perfect complement to a cup of coffee on a chilly winter morning.

For those guests on the go, the rich flavors of the Cinnamon Roll bagel are also available in Bruegger's new "Cinn-ful Bits." The Bits are rolled in cinnamon and sugar, baked and served five to a serving and -- at just $1.29 -- are the perfect morning or afternoon treat.

"The spices used in traditional holiday treats are perfectly suited to Bruegger's menu," said Philip Smith, Bruegger's Executive Chef. "We loved the idea of having two options, an indulgence to savor and a treat our guests could eat on the go."

Complementing the Cinnamon Roll bagel, Cinn-ful Bits or any of Bruegger's morning treats, is this season's Cinnamon Cream Swirl coffee from Green Mountain Coffee . The coffee features the flavors of cinnamon and vanilla with a sweet, buttery finish.

Guests that can't stop at just one cup of Bruegger's coffee, can purchase a membership in Bruegger's Bottomless Mug Club. Starting October 28, for about $139 depending on location, guests can purchase a travel mug, card or keytag and in return, get free, limitless refills of Green Mountain Coffee , tea or soda from the time of purchase through December 31, 2010.
