International homes under the hammer as Direct Auctions expand with franchise roll-out
Direct Auctions, the Spanish based international property auction house, has recently launched its auction franchise programme.

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE, UK, August 27, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Direct Auctions, the Spanish based international property auction house, has recently launched its auction franchise programme.
Established in June 2003 by Inez Rix, Direct Auctions soon became the premier property auction house on the Costa del Sol (Spain), and over the next few years established itself as a credible alternative to the traditional property sales method, selling properties from all around the world, in addition to local Spanish homes.
