Veribooks Gains Additional Traction in Franchise Industry
Office Pride, DUCTZ/HOODZ ,College Hunks Hauling Junk Partner With Veribooks to Reduce Bookkeeping, Accounting Duties for Franchisees

ATLANTA, GA, June 24, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Veribooks, a provider of support services exclusively for franchised businesses including the active management of QuickBooks, announced today that Office Pride, DUCTZ/HOODZ and College Hunks Hauling Junk have engaged Veribooks to help their franchisees focus more on growing their businesses by simplifying their bookkeeping and accounting functions.

The three companies are among a growing list of franchisors implementing the Veribooks program to their systems, enabling timely and meaningful benchmarking on a cost-effective basis for their franchisees, said John Tolbert, Vice President of Business Development for Veribooks.

"We have data showing that franchise owners and other small business owners find bookkeeping to be the least desirable aspect of operating their business," Tolbert said. "Veribooks delivers the accuracy and timeliness of "finger tip" reporting tools, without franchisees having to do any data entry. As a result, franchisees can focus on functions that make their business grow and remove the worries associated with tedious and time-consuming accounting procedures."
The DUCTZ/HOODZ Franchise System recently completed a three-month pilot program with Veribooks and is now in the second month of a full launch. Having placed Veribooks into their 2009 FDD, DUCTZ/HOODZ is on pace to have 50 units on the Veribooks program by the end of September 2009.
"With the help of Veribooks, we believe that DUCTZ/HOODZ is building a strong foundation for growth-oriented franchisees that will be focused ON their business and not in their business," said Chuck Colbeck-Regional Operations Manager at DUCTZ/HOODZ. "Our franchisees have glowing remarks about their interactions with Veribooks. Our system does not consider Veribooks a vendor, rather, we view them as a true partner."

In addition, both College Hunks Hauling Junk and Office Pride recently launched a pilot of Veribooks among a select group of franchisees, with plans to launch the program system-wide in September of 2009.

"Although College Hunks Hauling Junk (www.1800JunkUSA.com) is early in the process with Veribooks, we have been impressed with their process," said Nick Friedman- Founder College Hunks Hauling Junk. "The Veribooks team has been very responsive and thorough in their approach. We're excited about having visibility into the key drivers of our business and the results this will deliver. We feel like Veribooks will assist us in fostering a culture of confident and growth-oriented franchisees, and allow them to focus on growing their business."
