NORTH HIGHLANDS, CA, March 25, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Representatives from both Roni Deutch Tax Center (RDTC) and Roni Lynn Deutch, A Professional Tax Corporation attended Mayor Kevin Johnson's State of the City Address on February 25, 2009. The mayor's address was largely optimistic, calling for collaboration from the business community in getting through difficult economic times.
